Come renew and deepen your love of yoga with Jonas in a tranquil Costa Rican beach jungle eco resort reserved exclusively for our group.

While renewing your love of yoga and learning to adjust, you become a force in addressing global warming and sustainability by participating in this yoga intensive. The entire resort complex is made of recycled shipping containers helping local ecology and economy leaving little footprints behind. In addition, there are plenty of activities and excursions such as surfing, hiking in rainforest parks or just simply strolling along the quiet private beach shore. Your body and spirit will be renewed. The best yet is you will be in the amazingly loving and supportive companies of Second Side Yoga members.

About the food: We source the food we serve from local farms using organic, sustainable, biodynamic, and/or permaculture methods of agriculture. We strive to create a farm-to-table experience that truly nourishes all bodies and hands involved in the process. We believe that by supporting local farmers, producers, and suppliers who share our values, we support our eco-system, economy, community, and environment. By valuing the nourishment we put into our body, we output a higher energetic vibration as individuals and community. All meals are predominantly vegan, locally sourced, & gluten-free. We pride ourselves on top-quality, fresh ingredients to fuel high-quality and high-energy humans! Meals are served buffet style from our kitchen bar in our jungle lounge. Nourishment is prepared with loving care by our resident chef.
